About Us
Jennifer Kwan is an experienced consultant, with proven expertise in project management, research, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement. Specializing in multi-organization, interprofessional projects; Jennifer combines her coordination and problem-solving skills with leadership and teamwork to work effectively with a diverse array of stakeholders in the development, implementation, and evaluation of complex projects.
Jennifer’s project management and facilitation skills, in combination with a keen awareness of process improvement and project sustainability, have supported action-based, transformative projects in the health, education, government, and community sectors. Graduating from the University of Alberta with a Master of Science, Jennifer also uses her research background to conduct comprehensive literature reviews and environmental scans, and develop sound, research-based evaluations using both quantitative and qualitative methods.
